How are orders shipped?

All orders are shipped from Perth, AU with Australia Post - Parcel or Express Parcel Post services.

Can I collect my order?

Warehouse collection may be possible in some circumstances upon request.

What size board do the racks carry?

The width of the rack arms adjust for most board sizes, however are best suited to those under 9ft.

Do I need tools to fit the racks?

No the only tool required for fitment is an Allen key which is supplied with every rack.

Are the racks rustproof?

Don’t fall for cheap copies. Fat Racks main construction is Aluminium (non-corrosive) and a corrosion resistant paint is applied, making our racks robust. If you do experience corrosion please reach out.

Can we ship overseas?

We currently don't offer overseas shipping as standard, but we can quote if requested.
